The most obvious form is the PHYSICAL Clutter:
- The overflow of clothes in your closet,

- Toys wherever you look,
- All the scattered shoes, coats in your entryway/mudroom, etc.
Not so obvious is the MENTAL Clutter:
- The overwhelmed feeling with all the to-do lists in your head,
- Feeling a hunch that there is more to life than what you currently have but difficulty identifying what that may be,
- Feeling stuck in a job that you are not passionate about,
- The desire to live a more healthy life with exercise, good diet and good company but not being able to find the time or motivation to start, etc.
